Bedroom 1

Approximately 21' x 21' with both a double bed and two singles. This room is a family room but can also be let as a double or twin bedded room depending on preference. The room has a dining table and chairs and a settee, plus an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2
| The second bedroom is approximately 11' x 14' with a king sized double bed and contains a wash basin and two comfortable arm chairs. It also has two windows giving similar views to the first bedroom. There is a large private bathroom with a shower over the bath next to the bedroom. Complete with hair drier, tea and coffee making facilities, small refrigerator and colour television. Centrally heated. |

Sunroom

Breakfast is
served in our fully glazed sunroom, which overlooks the garden and
surrounding fields. We use local products wherever possible the
eggs are free range and our sausages are organic arid produced in
the next village. There is a choice of breakfast menu.

Sitting room
|
You are very welcome to relax and unwind in our comfortable sitting room which overlooks the garden and The River Hooke.
